MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS

The Nautilus is manufactured at B and E Manufacturing S.A. de C.V.  The facility is located on Miguel Hidalgo between 20 de Noviembre and Revolucion in Cabo San Lucas, BCS, Mexico. It is located approximately three blocks from the Nautilus Training Facility.

Equipment

The primary production process used in the manufacturing of the Nauitlus components is formulated in resin casting.


The basic process follows:

1. Select the resin specified on the component document.
2. Mix the specified amount of resin.
3. Vacuum de-gas the mixed resin.
4. Fill the mold with resin.
5. Place the mold in a pressure pot for the initial cure.
6. Place the mold in an oven at low temperature for the remaining de-mold    time.
7. De-mold the component
8. Place the component in an oven at a high temperature for the final cure
9. Place the component into in-process storage for secondary operations or
     assembly.
